RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for set-up and successful launch of local ROMCOM branch
- Identifies opportunities on the local market for financial services
- Proposes and implements development strategy for branch
- Establishes contacts with new clients in the branch area
- Negotiates consulting contracts with clients in the branch area
- Represents the company toward third parties in the branch area
- Maintains relationship and information flow with existing clients in the branch area
- Manages the branch budget
- Coordinates the branch activities and distributes tasks to local team
- Trains and motivates the local team to achieve monthly and annual volume targets and growth objectives
- Ensures ROMCOM clients receive high quality services
Profilul Candidatului
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- University degree (preferably in the economic and/or business administration areas)
- Minimum 3 years experience in consulting and/or financial services
- Good knowledge of the financial services industry (banking products, European financing programs, insurance products)
- Good communication and analysis skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Good computer skills (MS office applications)
- Pro-active, creative, analytical, rain-maker, leadership abilities
- Clean driver's license
